2018 – Byron Nelson High School Summer Football Skills Training | Trophy Club, TX | July 9th – August 1st
The Quarterback Ranch partners with Northwest ISD to provide offseason football skills training for athletes in high school seeking to enhance their abilities as quarterbacks, receivers, running backs and defensive backs. This non-contact training meets two days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays) and is designed to provide skills development and enhancement, using the same offensive schemes and terminology used at the Byron Nelson High School varsity level. Focus is on proper footwork, mechanics, stance and start, route running, offensive terminology, reads, scheme and much more. Each session begins with a dynamic warmup, following by specific position footwork and hand drills, and ending with routes on air involving all positions. These sessions are for Byron Nelson High School students only. All sessions will be held at Byron Nelson High School. No special equipment is required. Cleats are encouraged.
