How to Tell if You Are Hydrated
How do you know if you are hydrated? The best way to tell if you are hydrated is to look at the color of your urine. If it is pale yellow to clear, you are likely hydrated, but if it looks like apple juice or darker, you need to drink something ASAP. Carry a water bottle with you throughout the day and keep refilling it between meetings, at work and on the course. This will help with your overall hydration status.
