Build Muscle with Protein
Protein is great for building and repairing muscles and strengthening your immune system. As an exerciser, you want to eat lean proteins like chicken without skin, lean cuts of red meat, fish, eggs, beans, peanut butter and low-fat dairy products. Try to include a lean protein in all of your meals and snacks!

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in speech communications from Texas Christian University and Masters in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University.
