Chocolate Milk Alternatives

Low-fat chocolate milk is a great post- workout beverage, but what if you can’t drink milk because you are lactose intolerant? You can still enjoy the taste and nutrition of low-fat chocolate milk by trying chocolate soy milk which is dairy-free. Other things would be to mix rice milk or almond milk with chocolate soy protein powder. This will still supply you with the carbohydrate and protein you need to recover!
