Lean Muscle Mass
How do I gain lean muscle mass? The goal is to eat high calorie, healthy foods that help you take in more calories per bite. Try to eat your sandwiches on bagels instead of bread, put peanut butter on things like waffles, toast, bananas, & even mix it in oatmeal and drink low-fat milk at meals. Other things like adding avocado to sandwiches & burgers, eating trail mix with nuts, dried fruit & granola, and drinking a smoothie at night before bed can help you get in extra calories. Be sure you are including higher caloric intakes with a consistent weight training program.
