Recognizing Dehydration

Be able to recognize the classic signs of dehydration:

  • Unusual fatigue
  • Lightheadedness
  • Headache
  • Dark-colored urine
  • Dry mouth

Remember…if you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated! So drink up ALL DAY long to help you maintain adequate hydration levels.
